Termoelektro company selling property in Belgrade

The bankruptcy supervisor of the Belgrade-based company Termoelektro has advertised the sale of a part of movable and immovable property through public bidding.

As said, the offer includes the office building in Uralska Street in Belgrade, office furniture, cars and equipment for mechanical operations.

The property has been evaluated at RSD 473.85 million, and it is being sold at the initial price of RSD 164,599,372.35.

A 49% stake in Termoelektro Power, a company for the repair, assembly, maintenance and engineering of turboenergy systems, is also up for sale. It has been evaluated at RSD 949,130 and is being sold at the initial price of RSD 189,826.

Eligible tenderers are all legal and natural persons which meet the terms of the tender. The property is to be bought as seen and can be viewed upon the purchase of the sales documentation, on working days, between 10 am and 3 pm, no later than three days before the scheduled date of the sale.

The public bidding will be held on September 16, at noon, in Belgrade.
