Property of voluntary pension fund "Delta Generali" reached about 17m EUR

The first and the largest private voluntary pension fund in Serbia - "Delta Generali" - has celebrated the third anniversary of presence in our market. In this period, total property of the fund reached 1.57 billion RSD (about 17m EUR), while the number of members of the fund exceeded 46,000. Since it was founded, it has registered the profit of 6.6%, while the profit in this year amounted to 12.5%, which is especially important when we have in mind the current financial crisis.

With the market share of 24$, the fund is currently one of the leaders in the market of voluntary pension funds.

Taxes for most members of the fund are paid by employers, but the number of citizens who have decided to pay for the taxes by themselves have significantly grown as well. Some of the clients of the fund who pay the taxes for their employees are "Telekom", National Bank of Serbia, Directorate for Building Land and Construction of Belgrade, public company "PTT saobraćaja Srbije", Srpska Banka AD, and others.

Average age of the members is 44, while about 34% of the members are women. So far, over 6,800 members have been paid total of about 178m RSD. Average monthly payment in August amounted to 2,280 RSD.
