Additional capitalization of companies "Topiko" and "Tehnooprema" - 5m EUR

Mother company "Perutnina Ptuj" has decided for 3m EUR worth of additional capitalization of its daughter company "Topiko" from Bačka Topola.

- We have decided for this additional capitalization as a new development step, which "Topiko" needs in the following period, and harmonization of business position in the market, as well as for optimization of the company's appropriate capital - said the people from the headquarters in Slovenia.

At the same time, "Topiko" will additionally capitalize Zrenjanin-based "Tehnooprema".

Total value of additional capitalization of company "Topiko" amounts to 5m EUR, and the company has got the conditions for new development. At the same time, it has reached the level of appropriate capital according to the standards that apply to all companies within "Perutnina Ptuj" group.

"Topiko" from Bačka Topola, which is a part of the "Perutnina Ptuj" system, started to supply the market of Serbia with both its traditional brands and poultry meat brands and products of company "Perutnina Ptuj" in 2009.
