Deadline for submission of adopted financial reports is September 30th

National Bank of Serbia (NBS) reminded the companies in Serbia today (September 10, 2009) that September 30th was the deadline for submission of adopted financial reports for year 2008.

The deadline for delivery of consolidated adopted financial reports is October 31st.

Since March 2009, when the first adopted reports for year 2008 were received, until today, the necessary documentation was submitted by 1,967 out of total of 5,640 juristic persons who are obliged to do so by the Law on accounting and audit.

The adopted financial reports for year 2008 can be submitted in both written and electronic form, and no fee is collected for their reception and processing, except when a juristic person submits report for the first time in written form.
