Company Jelova Gora from Uzice selling property

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has advertised the sale of movable and immovable property of the JSC Jelova Gora from Uzice. As said, the company comes from the wood industry and processes non-metals.

The property offered is split into five lots, the most valuable of which is the production-business complex in the village if Ribasevina, whose initial price is RSD 19,931,722. A motel in Ribasevina with the accompanying land is being sold at a slightly lower price of RSD 16.5 million. The offer also includes a store in the village of Trnava and a store and land in the village of Gostinica.

Eligible bidders are all natural and legal entities which meet the requirements. The sale is to be carried out through direct bidding with the collection of written bids with the possibility of amendment.

The bid submission deadline is July 24, 2019, at 11.45 am, whereas the public opening of the bids will take place on the same date at noon at the premises of the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency in Belgrade.
