"Sinteza invest group" to become market maker for company "Sojaprotein" on September 14th

- Belgrade-based "Sinteza invest group" will become the market market for "Sojaprotein", the Bečej-based soybean-processing company, on Monday, September 14th - the Belgrade Stock Exchange announced.

In that way, all three members of A Listing will have market makers whose job is to issue purchase and sale orders on continuous basis, as well as to contribute to greater liquidity.

And while "Sojaprotein's" stocks will be the fifth securities in Serbian capital market that have market maker, broker company "Sinteza invest group" will be the first member of the Stock Exchange with the status of market marker for two types of securities at the same time.

Namely, "Sinteza" has been the market maker for the stocks of the Veterinarian Institute Subotica for three months, and it will now take over the obligation to improve trading in one of the most liquid securities in Prime market - "Sojaprotein".

Company "Sinteza" had the largest share in trading in stocks on the Belgrade Stock Exchange in 2008, and it is one of dominant participants in 2009 with the share of over 9% in overall achieved turnover.

"Sojaprotein" is among the leading soybean-processing companies in southeast Europe. Trading in the stocks of that company in Prime market commenced at the end of October 2007.

The current price of stocks of "Sojaprotein" is 1,235 RSD. Maximum price in last 12 months amounted to 2,250 RSD, and it was registered in September 2008, while the minimum price of 470 RSD was registered in March 2009.
