Tender for sale of PIM "Ivan Milutinović" in October

Tender for sale of company for navigable waterways PIM "Ivan Milutinović" will be announced, most probably, at the end of October, and the estimated value of that company is 27.5m EUR. According to "Blic novac", the Privatization Agency suggests that the whole property of PIM should be sold on the tender, and that the new owner should accept both social programme worth 5m EUR and the obligation of investing minimum 18m EUR in the company.

The tender will be opened for two months, so that it is expected that PIM will get the new owner by the end of the year. The non-production property of the company, such as office and residential space, will be sold separately.

The Administrative Board of the company should adopt the proposal of the Privatization Agency in September although the CEO of PIM "Ivan Milutinović", Miodrag Popović, has a different vision of the company's future destiny.
