City of Belgrade selling business space in Terazije

The City of Belgrade has put the publicly owned piece of real estate at 35 Terazije Street up for sale. According to the ad, this business space has an area of 323 m2.

The initial price of the outlet is EUR 323,000, whereas the deposit is EUR 96,900.

The facility is sold as seen, without the right of subsequent complaint. All legal and natural persons that meet the requirements may take part in the contest.

The application deadline is July 9, 2019, whereas the public bidding will take place on July 12, at 11 am, on the 30th floor of the City Administration's office building.
