Seven investors interested in Komercijalna Banka

Seven investors are interested in purchasing shares of Komercijalna Banka, according to Serbian Finance Minister Sinisa Mali.

Mali told RTS that he expected a successful completion of the process of privatization of Komercijalna Banka by the end of the year, as planned.

– The first phase has been completed, there are seven investors interested in buying shares of Komercijalna Banka, more than we expected – Mali said and added that he was not surprised, considering all the good news “we’ve heard in the past two days”.

Mali also emphasized that investors’ trust in Serbia had never been greater and that the perspective of the developing of the country’s economy was never greater.

– In that respect, this interest speaks for itself. Those investors will now examine the books of Komercijalna Banka and make an offer. I expect the process to be completed successfully by the end of the year, as planned.
