Assembling of “punto” in new company – “Zastava auto”

When “punto” moves to Kragujevac, its assembling will be carried out in completely new “Zastava’s” factory – in “Zastava auto”. The reason for its forming was freeing of “job of the century” from former unsettled debts, first of all, from the debt of Kragujevac’s factory to “Fiat”.

The founder of the new company and the owner of 86% of the assets is holding “Zastava vozila”, whereas the remaining 14% of assets belong to the Republic Development Fund.
