By fully taking over the ownership of Gorenjska Banka, AIK Banka has successfully completed the process of the planned acquisition in Slovenia.
As said in a press release, the bank officially became the owner of 100% of Gorenjska Banka on June 10, 2019, by acquiring the remaining shares owned by minority shareholders.
By strengthening its regional presence and by creating new possibilities for offering quality products and services to clients in the EU territory, AIK Banka continues to fortify its position as a recognizable and strong banking institution in this part of Europe.
