Bankruptcy procedure abolished in Zrenjanin IPOK factory

Commercial Court of Zrenjanin has announced today (August, 20th, 2009) that bankruptcy procedure in the Industry for corn processed articles (IPOK) from Zrenjnanin has been abolished.

Bankruptcy procedure was introduced in the factory on March, 6th, 2009, and on February, 20th, 2007 reorganization plan was adopted, by the proposal of “Banat seme” company from Zrenjanin.

As it stands in the announcement, bankruptcy council has determined that bankrupted debtor has completed all obligations by reorganization plan, which included payment of the creditors and new investments.

In the Commercial Court announcement stands that against this solution can be made appeal within 8 days to the Supreme Commercial Court of Belgrade.
