NIS shareholders reached a decision about distribution of shares among NIS employees and citizens of Serbia

Shareholders of “Petrol Industry of Serbia” (NIS), decided yesterday (August, 17th, 2009) about distribution of company’s shares in the goal of maximum simplification of the upcoming procedure of distribution of shares among NIS employees and the citizens of Serbia.

After NIS Shareholders Parliament meeting, it was announced that the number of NIS shares had been increased to 163.060.400 shares, and that the price of one share had been decreased to the minimum determined by the law, which is 500 RSD.

Shareholders Parliament reached a decision to introduce certain changes in the Foundation Act and in NIS Constitution Act, and also approved nomination of Mr. Vitali Baranov for the member of NIS Management Board, as it stands in the announcement.
