Tender for Krusevac based "Zupa" prolonged until September, 30th


Agency for privatization of Serbia has postponed the deadline for submission of offers for the purchase of Krusevac based chemical industry "Zupa", until September, 30th, upon request of both potential buyers, as it was stated to Beta Agency.
- Both potential buyers asked the Agency to postpone the deadline for submission of tender offers, with explanation that they needed more time to rethink about payable factor of this investment, stated General Manager and Capital Representative in “Zupa”, Mr. Miroljub Milojevic.
Tender documentation for purchase of 70% of Krusevac based factory for production of chloride and plant protection remedies, has been purchased by a Czech consortium “Spolchemie” and Krusevac company “Plima holding”.
By the decision of the Agency for privatization, the deadline for submission of final offers, which was expiring on August, 21st, is now prolonged until September, 30th.
Agency for privatization published its 4th tender for sale of “Zupa” chemical industry on February, 23rd, 2009. Deadline for purchase of tender documentation has been postponed three times, and now it is the first time deadline for submission of offers is being prolonged.
