Belgrade Jewish Community looking for partners for construction of residential and office facilities

The Belgrade Jewish Community has placed an ad for the collection of offers for a joint partnership investment in the construction of a residential or a residential-office facility in Belgrade.

As the text reads, the ad pertains to a joint partnership investment, based on the ownership at 11 Students Square, at the cadaster parcel 1829/1 KO Stari Grad, in the construction of a residential or a residential-office complex, as defined by location requirements. The procuring entity invests its co-ownership of the existing facilities in the construction of the facility.

Eligible tenderers are all legal and natural persons that have taken part in co-financing/financing the construction of a residential or a residential-office facility of a gross area of at least 5,000 m2 in the core city area.

Bids are to be submitted in a period of eight days from the date of the publication of the call.

Also, the Belgrade Jewish Community opened a public call for bids for a joint construction of an office-residential facility at the cadaster parcel 4730/1 KO Vracar, at 180 Juzni Blvd.
