"Tigar" issued corporate bonds - issue worth 95m RSD

At the beginning of August, Pirot-based company "Tigar" issued the first issue of short-term corporate bonds for well-known investor - "Dunav osiguranje". Total value of the issue is 95m RSD.

As the Pirot-based company announced, "Dunav osiguranje" has decided to buy Tigar's securities with the aim of investing free funds in profitable projects.

Support to further development of company "Tigar" is also the support to development of economy in the Pirot region and expansion of basic field of work of company "Dunav osiguranje", as well as significant support to further development of capital market in Serbia.

Further development of capital market should create conditions for those companies that have projects that draw the attention of investors, and then the best solutions will be searched through analysis of banking loan terms or issuing of securities.
