After unsuccessful tender, the Privatization Agency has started restructuring process in company "Janko Lisjak" from Krnjača.
- Restructuring process will begin in seven dependent companies within "Janko Lisjak", which is the holding company for engineering, production and installation of power, hydro-technical and technology units - it is stated in the Decision about restructuring, which was announced by the Agency.
Reorganization process will be started in dependent companies "Inženjering" and "Grejanje-gas", company for water technology and treatment "Ekološki inženjering", company for installation and finishing works, Belgrade-based company for air-conditioning and venting systems...
Company "Janko Lisjak" was offered for sale on the tender that was announced the last year.
General opinion was that the company would easily find the buyer because it had 17.5 ha of land alongside the Pančevo road at its disposal.
The estimates given by the company's trade unions and management spoke of high value of the company, exceeding 20m EUR.
The only interested bidder on the tender was the consortium comprising companies "Napred", "Seelsoft" from Zemun and IDS from Belgrade, which offered 1.6m EUR for 69.45% of capital of that company.
The Tender commission did not accept that bid.
Holding "Janko Lisjak" deals with installation of tubing and it comprises seven companies. That company also has 33 production units in Iraq and Russia, four of which, based in Russia, are active.
Agencija za privatizaciju Republike Srbije Beograd prestala sa radom 29.01.2016.
