Stocks of "Heba" on stock exchange starting August 5th

Belgrade Stock Exchange announced that the stocks of water manufacturer "Heba" would be included in over-the-counter trading starting August 5th.
Indicative price for the first trading in stocks is 665 RSD, that is, about 7.1 EUR, which means that the value of "Heba" has been estimated at 332.9m RSD, that is, 3.6m EUR.
Nominal value of stocks is 500 RSD per stock.
The majority owner of "Heba" is company "Nectar" from Bačka Palanka, which bought 70% of stocks of "Heba", that is, 350,453 stocks, on the tender on November 20th, 2008, for 2.5m EUR.
The Share Fund announced today (August 3, 2009) that it would include the stocks of the Privatization Registry in the trading by the method of the best price on August 7th. The Privatization Registry owns 15% of stocks, that is, 17,123 stocks. Other stockholders have less than 0.1% of stocks in their possession.
According to the data provided by the Business Registry Agency, "Heba" had 502 employees in 2008, 724m RSD worth of incomes, and it ended the year with net losses of 24.7m RSD.
