Relocation of unhygienic settlements in Belgrade - "EUROmodul" to deliver 300 mobile housing units

Nova Pazova-based company "EUROmodul", the leading manufacturer of residential containers, urban and advertising equipment, has signed the contract on design, delivery and assembling of 300 mobile housing units and 30 sanitarian mobile units for the needs of temporary accommodation of people from unhygienic settlements on the territory of Belgrade.

This job, worth 1.1m EUR, is a part of the Action Plan, which was passed by the city authorities at the end of May 2009. This plan includes all activities for unique resolving of the problem of relocation of all unhygienic settlements in Belgrade.

Every family will get a container, while ten families will be using one sanitarian container. Depending on the number of family members, the city will also provide basic furniture (beds, tables, chairs, shelves...).

By the way, company "EUROmodul", the manufacturer of building containers, has recently had its operations certified in accordance with SRPS ISO 9001:2008 standard, and it exports major share of its production into EU countries, Russia, the Near East and Africa.
