ITALY PARTNER COUNTRY AT INTERNATIONAL AGRICULTURAL FAIR – Companies from Veneto Region to share their experiences with agriculturists from Serbia

Veneto is one of the most developed regions in Europe in terms of industry, and the first one in Italy in tourism. In 2018 alone, this region had around 70 million visits. Five million people live in Veneto, and the region’s GDP is EUR 162.5 billion.

The Region of Veneto supports and promotes its companies and their high quality products. At the International Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad, within the collective Italian exhibit organized by the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), 12 companies from the region will present their products, with the support of the New Foreign Center of the Chambers of Commerce of Veneto.

The New Foreign Center of the Chambers of Commerce of Veneto is an Association that carries out an associated service for the Treviso Chamber of Commerce - Belluno and the Venice Rovigo Chamber of Commerce with the aim of promoting the internationalization of companies and opening up new markets, supporting and promoting the Veneto Economic System and the competitiveness of businesses, enhancing productions, peculiarities of the territories and cultural and tourist heritage of Veneto, and guaranteeing the coordination of the activities of the participating subjects, in collaboration with other institutional subjects and the public and private stakeholders.

Abramo Mason sells new and second-hand agricultural machines and mechanization. It is a leading company that blends inter-process innovations with a continuous support to customers through a precise after-sales service and a competent financial service. Mason Team Service is made of a group of highly qualified technicians, who are always ready to address the clients’ needs. The sale of original spare parts is also supported by a computerized system which allows a quick and efficient logistic in the supply of the spare part requested by the customer. The multi-year experience has allowed them to spread the sale and distribution of machines and equipments through all Veneto area, also specializing in the management of green areas and breeding grounds.

Agrinova is a company with a long tradition, which started manufacturing medium and small-sized agricultural machinery after the war, when Italian peasants began to look for fast and effective means to optimize work in the fields. What they want is "to satisfy the customer on the basis of what he seeks, becoming a trusted business partner for him". Over the years, the philosophy they have adopted has proved them right. Sales made in the early years were addressed to retailers in the province of Padua, while they now distribute products throughout Italy. Today Agrinova offer to their costumers chippers, street cleaners, park cleaners, verticuts for grass maintenance.

(Due A) Due A was established in 1994 as a supplier of heavy and precision structural steelwork. Through their collaboration with their partners, they quickly gained the technological know-how and experience that would allow them to develop their own products. Since January 2002, the company`s main focus has been the livestock sector. Today, the company produces metal structures for agricultural and livestock sector, from warehouses to complete cattle barns.

Holmac specializes in equipment for forest plantations – machines for the removal of trees, multifunctional machines, pruning platforms, wheelbarrows... It was founded in 1969, and since 2002, the company is situated in a modern factory. High-tech machinery and highly skilled personnel are employed for the manufacturing process to guarantee maximum precision in the production phases. In addition, a modern assembly line allows prompt, punctual deliveries.

The company Magnabosco was founded in 1960 in Zugliano, Vicenza. Right away the company became a leader in manufacturing steam boilers and dairy plants and mini-plants. Over the years Magnabosco company increased its business acquiring several companies till forming Magnabosco Group. The group is specialized in machines and plants construction as per customer requirement. Currently the production range is divided into three main categories: dairy plants and machine for processing milk and its by-products, steam generators and autoclaves for heat treatments and in particular the innovative technology of composite materials, carbon fibres.

(Mecmar) Mecmar is a family-run business that has been engaged in the production of grain dryers for over 40 years. It also produces and sells grain silos, soy processing machines and other specialized agricultural machines. Over the years, they have gone from artisan production methods to the highly specialized industrial production system that makes them stand apart when it comes to quality today. Mecmar’s products carry the prestigious ISO 9001 certification. Furthermore, they have a team of engineers working on special projects: customized proposals designed to meet the needs of their clients.

Metalmont core business is the production and sale, in Italy and abroad, of machines and installations for the storage and handling of grains in the agricultural field. The company carries out internally the development, executive design of drawings and the realizations of the products, from basic processing to final assembly. The production is structured to guarantee maximum responsiveness to customer requirements, aided by the use of Numerical Control (NC) and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machineries. Flexibility in the development of different types of products, whether made-to-order or produced in series, in compliance with internationally recognised quality/safety standards and certifications is just one of the strengths of Metalmont.

Oliver Agro has been working in the field of farming equipment for over 40 years and is specialized in manufacturing of horticultural, nursery crop and tobacco farming equipment. The series of machines made by Oliver Agro offer a concrete help to the work of small and medium farms. All the machines Oliver Agro produces cover the whole process: from transplanting to picking. The goal is to find a suitable solution to the client’s requirements, putting the focus on technology and precision.

Ortiflor Group was founded in the late 1990s, and has since specialized in the professional preparation of the soil in the field of horticulture, floriculture and nursery industry in the Italian market. The company’s rapid rise has also been appreciated in France and Spain. Today, Ortiflor Group produces innovative stone buriers, fumicators, wrappers and combined machines.

(Sea-Land) Since 1990, Sea-Land has been committed to studying, realizing, industrializing and producing electric pumps. Since the very beginning, the company has been working on a network of subcontractors that can support and meet their production needs. Through an experienced team of engineers and technicians, all products are manufactured with maximum care, from the design to the final tests before their shipment to clients. Advanced technical features and manufacturing process guarantee high performance and reliability of the Sea-Land pumps. Sea Land offers solutions for domestic and civil use and for irrigation and industrial plants, with pumps capacity ranging from 2m3/h to 1800m3/h.

Vendrame is a company specialized in the production of tank trailers and equipment for suction and transport of special and hazardous waste, as well as the cleaning of industrial plants, sewers and sewer systems. The company’s experience in various fields (agriculture, industry, civil sector, transport) allows for each product to combine the latest technology, maximum supplier reliability and the professional approach of its employees. Vendrame now designs, manufactures and sells agricultural and industrial machinery and equipment for the transport of various materials such as sewage (animal or human), solid waste (dust and ashes), liquids (such as water, diesel, agricultural or industrial process waste, used oils) and equipment for high-pressure cleaning of industrial plants and sewage networks. In addition to the companies from the Region of Veneto, the International Agricultural Fair will feature companies which produce and sell farming mechanization and spare parts, but also representatives of the largest plant nurseries in Italy.

Also, as the partner country, Italy will organize a range of seminars and workshops. On May 15, at 2 pm, the presentation of one of the most important international agricultural machine, equipment and technology shows, Agrilevante, held in Bari from October 10 through 13, 2019, will be organized (apply HERE).
