Two DMB’s factories at auction on July 31st

The auction for united sale of two factories of company "Dvadesetprvi maj" Belgrade (DMB) – Factory of turbo-engines and transmissions and Factory of low-capacity engines – should be held tomorrow (July 31, 2009) in Belgrade.
As people from the Privatization Agency told Beta agency, the auction has been scheduled for July 31st and it will be held if there are interested buyers.
Starting price in the new attempt of sale of two factories is 233m RSD. The first auction was held in September 2008.
Total of 70.25% of capital of DMB’s Factory of turbo-engines and transmissions, of which estimate estimated value is 893.7m RSD, is offered for sale. Minimum amount of mandatory investments is 33.5m RSD.
Factory of turbo-engines and transmissions produces cog wheels, transmissions for motor cultivators and combines, differentials and redactors, and it has 127 employees. Its incomes in 2007 amounted to 47.39m RSD, while the expenses reached the amount of 132.16m RSD.
That factory in Rakovica has two production halls at total surface of 14,687 square meters and two annexes at 4,868 square meters, as well as forge at 496 square meters. It owns total of 108,933 square meters of building land, 91,991 square meters of which are owned by the state, while the factory share the rest of the land with DMB’s Factory of low-capacity engines.
Total estimated value of the package of 70.63% of DMB’s Factory of low-capacity engines, which is offered for sale, is 271.6m RSD, while the minimum amount of mandatory investments is 11.5m RSD.
It deals with production of low-capacity gasoline and diesel engines, watering pumps, motor cultivators and lawnmowers, and it has 102 employees. Its business incomes in 2007 amounted to 143.32m RSD, while the expenses reached the amount of 189.51m RSD.
That DMB’s factory owns mechanical hall at 4,370 square meters, an annex at 1,100 square meters, test station for jet engines, building for testing rotors and four warehouses.
