GTC palace opened – development of real estates on six floors

Nenad Bogdanović, the mayor of Belgrade, has opened the building of GTC company, which is specialized for development of real estates.

The building is located in Novi Beograd’s Block 30, at the corner of the AVNOJ Boulevard and Španskih boraca Street. The facility has six floors and it is designed by team of architects led by Đorđe Bobić, in cooperation with architects Božidar Krupniković and Mordekaj Sif from Israel. The entire project is financed by Raiffeisen Bank and European Bank for Rehabilitation and Development.

Eli Al Roj, president of GTC company, informed all present guests that GTC company operated on the markets of six East European countries and that its value on the market amounted to 900 million USD.

Director Al Roj has represented two new projects in Novi Beograd’s Block 19a – construction of magnificient business building and part suites, the apartments with garages.

The employees of GTC company expressed their satisfaction with appearance on Serbian market and they announce further expansion of the operations in Serbia.
