Fund "Hypo Balance" celebrates first anniversary in Serbia's financial market - value of property grew by 7.8%

- Open investment fund "Hypo Balance" celebrates the first anniversary of existence in Serbia's financial market today (July 28, 2009). In spite of the global financial crisis and significant drop in value of stock exchange indices, "Hypo Balance" has registered positive growth of the investment unit by 5.1% and the growth of value of property by 7.8%, so that the value of the investment unit on July 27, 2009, amounted to 1051.49 RSD - said the people from the Investment funds management company "Hypo Investments".

Also, everyone who decides to buy investment units prior to September 1st, 2009, is not going to pay the fee regardless of the amount of deposit. Through investments within the scope of the System Investment Plan (SIP), the citizens can be paying small amounts of money every month over a long period of time and, thus, achieve its investment goal on long-term basis (tuition fees, travel or weekend cottage).

Since June, Fund "Hypo Balance" has directed certain share of its investments to the stocks of large companies in Western Europe, such as "Siemens", "Nokia", "Novartis". In this way, members of "Hypo Balance" have indirectly became owners of some of the world's largest companies, which will contribute to diversification of their investments and higher investment security.
