Agricultural company "Bačka" from Čonoplja sold to company "Scelta"

Agricultural company "Bačka" from Čonoplja near Sombor, which is in bankruptcy, has been sold for 440m RSD (starting price was 433.6m RSD) to company "Scelta" from Bačka Topola.

The buyer has paid the deposit of 173m RSD for land, buildings, silos and other property, while the rest of the price must be paid within eight days.

In addition to "Scelta", Novi Sad-based Meat-packing industry "Matijević" also competed for takeover of "Bačka".
