Executive Council of Vojvodina plans strategic cooperation with Petroleum Industry of Serbia

- The Executive Council of Vojvodina has completed the text of the agreement on strategic cooperation with Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS) today (July 15, 2009) - the Provincial Information Secretariat announced.

According to the announcement, the cooperation based on the agreement that will be signed soon will concern the domains of environment protection, economic development, improvement of investment climate and resolving of social issues.

Mutual interest in cooperation exists because the most significant capacities of NIS are situated in Vojvodina, and the agreement will enable creation of organizational, economic and legal conditions in joint long-term strategic actions.

Based on the Agreement on strategic cooperation, special agreements for certain fields will be signed, and it has been determined that the priority in charity and sponsor projects will be given to those related to sport, culture, science and young talents.
