Šabac-based chemical industry Zorka Holding will be privatized with the help of the adviser, company BC Consulting Belgrade. The estimates are that five companies will be sold on the auctions, whereas the rest, due to technological connection, could be privatized on tender. Two companies Veštačka đubriva and Obojena metalurgija are rented on three-year period.
