This was confirmed by the executive director of VE Grebak, Miralem Campara, on Friday, April 5, for Glas Srpske. He emphasized that the signing of the agreement with the Government of Republika Srpska was to be followed by the solving of the issue of the land.
– This sort of process takes a long time here and I believe that it will take a year for the property-legal relations to be fully resolved. Parcellation studies need to be prepared, as well as studies about turning forest and farming land into building land. Parallel with this, we will design traffic routes, pre-fab structures and foundations for wind turbines – Campara said and added that the plan was to install 14 wind turbines.
The estimated installed power of the Grebak wind farm is 49.5 MW, whereas the annual production has been estimated at 130 GWh.
– In the plan which is the integral part of the concession agreement, we say that the test production of electrical energy should start three years after the signing of the concession agreement, barring any unforeseen circumstances – Campara said and added that the establishment of a RES market in Bosnia and Herzegovina would be of great importance.
