Company "Interbrew" took over 0.3% of stocks of Apatin Brewer

Multinational company "Interbrew" announced today (July 8, 2009) that it had taken over 0.3% stocks of the Apatin Brewer for 50.6m RSD, which had increased its share in that brewer to 99.3%.

"Interbrew" announced the offer for takeover of 19,294 stocks, that is, 0.9% of the Apatin Brewer, at the price of 7,001 RSD per stock on June 15th, and it has managed to purchase 7.229 stocks.

According to the ad published in "Politika", the bid was open between June 15 and July 6, and the Apatin Brewer has total of 19,394 stocks.

"Interbrew" is the strategic partner of the Apatin Brewer since 2003.
