New auction for sale of PKB Voćarske Plantaže on September 11 - starting price is 542.2m RSD

The Privatization Agency has scheduled the new auction for sale of agricultural company PKB "Voćarske plantaže" at the starting price of 542.2m RSD for September 11th.

Total of 58% of the company's capital, of which estimated value is 3.4 billion RSD, is offered for sale, while the starting price at the previous auction amounted to 808.1m RSD.

The deadline for submission of applications for participation in the auction, with the deposit of 272.6m RSD, is September 3rd. The buyer will be obliged to invest minimum 205.7m RSD in the company.

"Voćarske plantaže" owns factory in Grocka, two cold storage plants and two administrative buildings, as well as over 4,000 ha of land. The company has 87 workers, and it registered about 130m RSD worth of losses in 2008.
