"Victoria group" announced offer for takeover of 41.23% of stocks of "Sojaprotein"

- Novi Sad-based "Victoria group" and the businessmen from Belgrade, Milija Babović and Zoran Mitrović, have announced the offer for takeover of 41.23% of stocks of "Sojaprotein" - it was published on the website of the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

The offer that concerns purchase of 3.14m stocks of the Bečej-based soybean-processing company was opened on July 3rd, 2009. The offer will be open prior to July 23rd.

The bidder offers the price of 851 RSD per stock of "Sojaprotein". The accounting value of stock is 983.20 RSD, while the average pondered price over the last three months amounts to 783 RSD.

The bidder already owns 58.66% of "Sojaprotein".
