- The Privatization Agency will start negotiations about sale of Sombor-based food industry "Panonka" with Spanish company "Friselva", the only bidder on the tender for sale of that food industry - the Agency announced yesterday (July 2nd, 2009).

"Friselva" has offered the price of 1 EUR for 71.6% of capital of "Panonka", as well as 2.5m EUR worth of investments.

The tender for sale of "Panonka" was announced in December 2008.
