Public invitation for rental of land in Industrial zone "Šepak" in Loznica

City of Loznica has announced public invitation for collecting of bids for rental of building land in Industrial zone Šepak on period of 99 years. The land in that zone is equipped with complete infrastructure.

Industrial zone is situated 1.5 kilometers away from the center of Loznica, 100 meters away from the border crossing with Bosnia and Herzegovina, between two main routes M-19 and M-4. It is 80 kilometers away from "Corridor 10", 130 kilometers away from Belgrade and 110 kilometers away from Airport "Nikola Tesla".

There are about 12,000 unemployed people in Loznica at the moment, so that available manpower is huge.
