The latest Android upgrade for Gmail includes an option of scheduling the sending of mails. You will be able to delay the sending of a mail by, say, ten minutes or ten days.

In addition to this option, users will be provided with the option of cancelling a scheduled mail. Also, scheduled mails can be sent even if you’re offline or your phone battery is drained.

This is not the first time that this option has been mentioned. In mid-2018, there were indications that Gmail might enable the scheduling of mail sending. This option is now closer to being implemented than ever.

Foreign media report that there’s a possibility of Gmail launching the new feature for its 15th anniversary, which will be marked in April.
