Government of Serbia made Decision on allotment of concession for highway section Horgoš - Požega

In Official Bulletin of Republic of Serbia no. 80/2005 of September 9, 2005, it was announced that the Government of Serbia had made the Decision on allotment of concessions for construction, use and maintenance of highway section Horgoš - Požega.

the subject of concession is :

LOT 1 : Belgrade-Požega : financing, planning, construction, use and maintenance of part of highway E-763 from Belgrade to Požega (148 km).

LOT 2: Horgoš-Novi Sad: financing, planning, construction, use and maintenance of part of highway E-75 from Horgoš km 1+100 to Novi Sad km 108+000 (106.9 km) :

1) financing, planning, construction, use and maintenance of left lane of highway E-75 from Horgoš to Novi Sad (106.9 km) ;

2) use and maintenance of existing right lane of highway E-75 from Horgoš to Novi Sad (106.9 km)

LOT 3 : Novi Sad – Belgrade. use and maintenance of part of highway from Novi Sad km 108+000 to Belgrade (Batajnica brickkiln) km 176+000 (68 km) :

1) use prior to end of 2008

2) use and maintenance since 2009
