Part of property of "Delišes" for sale

The Privatization Agency announced today (June 29, 2009) that it would organize auction for sale of part of property of Vladičin Han-based Agricultural combine "Delišes" in restructuring.

Starting price amounts to 1.4m EUR, while the condition for participation in the public auction is payment of the deposit of 145,000 EUR.

Applications for participation in the auction are to be submitted prior to July 10, while the bids will be opened on July 17th.

In addition to juice factory, land and orchards in Lepenica, facilities in Surdulica, Karlovci, Niš and Spuž in Montenegro, as well as fruit-processing equipment, are offered for sale.

"Delišes" has been in the restructuring process for more than six years and it has, so far, been offered for sale on one tender and several auctions.
