Stocks of "Stari Tamiš" and "Nova Sloga" offered for sale

The Privatization Agency and the Share Fund of Serbia announced today (June 25, 2009) the auction for sale of stocks from the Privatization registry of company "Stari Tamiš" from Pančevo and "Nova sloga" from Trstenik.

Total of 12.5% of stocks of "Stari Tamiš" are offered for sale at the starting price of 1.9m EUR, while the starting price for 14.2% of stocks of "Nova sloga" amounts to 857,063 EUR.

The deadline for submission of applications for participation in the auction is July 9th, while the auction will take place on July 17th.

The Privatization Registry includes the stocks of privatized public companies, which are intended for free distribution among the citizens.

So far, the packages of stocks of 39 companies from the Privatization Registry have been sold for total of 7.2 billion RSD.
