Additional capitalization of "Pupin Telecom" – 110,000 stocks within 8th issue

The stockholding assembly of "Pupin Telecom" has decided to offer common stocks from the 8th issue through public offer in order to increase basic capital – the Belgrade-based company that deals with telecommunication systems and appliances announced on the website of the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

Total of 110,000 stocks will be issued at the price of 450 RSD for the stockholders with the priority in purchase and other buyers as well.

Public invitation for registration and payment of stocks from the 8th issue will be announced later.

Trading in stocks of “Pupin Telecom" on the Belgrade Stock Exchange started in September 2004. These securities now cost 224 RSD, while their maximum price of 990 RSD was registered in July 2008, and the minimum price of 200 RSD was reached in May 2009

The value of market capitalization of "Pupin Telecom" currently amounts to 251.32m RSD.
