Construction of new, elite, residential-business facilities in Novi Belgrade, block of flats 58

In block of flats 58, in Novi Belgrade, construction of new residential-business facilities will soon take place. On that occasion, Colliers International has signed an agreement with Meteor SN Bureau on exclusive selling and consulting service provision.

The facilities will include gross space of 15,000 square meters and it will include a residential building of 7,000 square meters, with 52 flats and renting premises downstairs. Flats will be from 58 to 160 square meters in space, and they will be from one bedroom to three bedrooms flats.

Construction quality will be in accordance to the highest world standards. Flats will have panorama view (they will stretch from floor to ceiling) and high ceilings (3m). Future Ada Bridge will be very near, which will provide quick and easy access to Ada Ciganlija and Čukarica, beside already existing good connections with the city center.

There is a shopping mall, Delta City, near there, and esplanade on the River Sava is some 5 minutes walk from the future facilities, which will definitely draw lovers of Novi Blegrade.

Beside the construction of residential building, the investor is planning to build a business complex of 8,000 square meters in gross space, with premises for renting and selling downstairs. Some 200 car park lots are planned for these facilities, which will be built on three underground levels.
