New sale of two hotels and restaurant in Ivanjica advertised – Value estimated at over EUR 3 million

The Deposit Insurance Agency has advertised a new sale of the movable and immovable property of Nova Agrobanka in bankruptcy, as the previous ad was canceled, eKapija learns.

The object of the sale are two hotels and a restaurant in Ivanjica, the total value of which has been estimated at over EUR 3 million.

Both hotels are in good condition and require no investments, eKapija learns.

– The hotels are currently being rented, the maintenance is regular and no additional investments are required, and Hotel Park is in a particularly good condition – eKapija's interviewee points out.

Hotel Park, with the accompanying equipment, which takes up 5,461 m2, has been evaluated at EUR 1.877 million. Hotel Moravica, with the accompanying equipment, takes up 953 m2 and has been evaluated at EUR 951,000. Finally, the Lipa restaurant takes up 419 m2 and has been evaluated at EUR 290,000.

As eKapija learns unofficially, there were several interested purchasers from Ivanjica and Cacak at the previous attempt at a sale, but the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency deemed the offers unacceptable.

Deposit payment and bid submission may be made by March 22. The public opening of the bids is scheduled for March 28 in Belgrade.
