Nenad Stanković, Senior Partner in Joksović, Stojanović & Partners

Nenad Stanković, Senior Partner in Joksović, Stojanović and Partners, was born in 1971, he graduated from Belgrade University School of Law in 1995 and was admitted in the State and Belgrade Bar Associations in 1998.

Mr. Stanković is leading expert for real estate and project financing practice in the JSP. His project and finance experience includes representing clients in procedures related with developing of the Airport Belgrade Nikola Tesla, developing of the light railway transit line in Belgrade, representing foreign real estate developers in relation with their investments in Serbia and Montenegro, as well as representing of the lenders.

He specializes in real estate law, PPP law, insolvency law, public procurement procedures and dispute resolution.
