After four successful forums, the education center Pro Educa organizes the Fifth Manager Business Forum in Bijeljina on March 19-20, 2019. The event aims to provide continuous education and follow the changes and the latest trends in management, but also to provide a venue for managers and experts to meet and exchange their experiences and knowledge.
– The most important thing that companies, organizations and local self-governments can and should do is to educate people, whether it's employees, consumers and users of services. We should be aware how quickly changes happen, and the education and further development of individuals are the most important capital we've got. The City of Bijeljina has recognized the importance of this forum and we are happy to host such an important event – stated Predrag Jovic, the chairman of the Organizational Board of the Manager Business Forum.
The Fifth Manager Business Forum brings the most interesting topics and trends from the world of management theory and practice – management concepts based on digital transformation, changes and trends in management, innovations, organizational culture and the position of women in management. The forum brings prominent local and regional experts in corporate management, communications, lobbying, innovations and economy, but also successful managers from the private and the public sectors of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region, to Bijeljina. In addition to lectures, the forum will also feature panel discussions with young managers, women in managerial positions, but also managers from the public sector. Lecturers and panelists at this year's forum are Dr Dragana Djermanovic, Vladimir Vulic, Mico Micic, the mayor of Bijeljina, Edin Forto, the prime minister of the Sarajevo Canton, Mia Popic and others.
