"Interbrew" to become exclusive owner of Apatin Brewer

Dutch company "Interbrew", which owns over 99% of capital of the Apatin Brewer, announced the offer today (June 15, 2009) for takeover of remaining 0.9%, which means that it wants to become the sole owner of that brewer.

- "Interbrew", which owns 1,930,606 stocks, wants to take over remaining 19,394 stocks, and it has promised to pay 7,001 RSD per stock - it is stated in the ad that has been published in newspaper "Politika".

The bid for takeover will be closed on July 6th.
