Eluplastic selling two apartments in Belgrade and machines for production of AL and PVC doors and windows

Eluplastic d.o.o. in bankruptcy, a producer of AL and PVC windows, doors and facades, has advertised the sale of movable and immovable property. As stated in the ad, two apartments in Belgrade are up for sale.

The first one has an area of 94.49 m2 and is located in Vracar and sold at the initial price of RSD 11,800,141.40. The second one has an area of 142.21 m2 and is located in Zvezdara. It is sold at the price of RSD 10,360,900.40. The immovable property consists of machines for the production of AL and PVC doors and windows. Their initial price is RSD 2,795,792.88.

The sale is to be carried out through a public bidding, and eligible purchasers are all legal and natural persons that meet the requirements.

The property can be viewed upon purchase of the documentation, from February 25 through March 1, with previous announcement to the bankruptcy supervisor.

The public bidding will be held on March 19, at 12 o'clock, at 8 Uskocka Street in Belgrade.
