Public company "Putevi Srbije" has announced that there are still no conditions for expropriation of land for construction of the section of Belgrade's bypass between Batajnica and Dobanovci.
According to the announcement, the cadastres in Zemun and Surčin should complete the procedure for "breaking" of the parcels on which the bypass will be built before the land is bought from the owners.
After that, the Government of Serbia should made the decision about determination of public interest in expropriation on land on that section, and then the money should be provided for that job.
- After all three aforementioned conditions are met, "Putevi Srbije", as the user of expropriation, will start and implement the procedure together with the ownership-legal agencies in the municipalities through which that section will be built - it is stated in the announcement.
In the expropriation procedure, which is carried out according to the Law on Expropriation, there is no possibility for anyone to blackmail the state with unreal requests, and the state does not negotiate with anybody in that procedure.
