Director General of "Simpo" won regional award "Manager 2009"

The Directorate for Selection and Promotion of Managers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Southeast and Central Europe has granted international regional award "Manager 2009" to Slađan Disić, the Director General of Vranje-based furniture factory "Simpo".

As people from "Simpo" announced, Disić is the only Serbian laureate of that award. He made it possible for "Simpo" to be one of the companies on the territory of former Yugoslavia that survived all problems and become regional leader in furniture production.

This year's laureates of "Manager 2009" awards are are: the Mayor of Ljubljana, the Ambassador of Slovakia to Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Director General of "Alkaloid" Skopje, as well as businessmen from Czech Republic, Poland, Monaco and USA.

The 20th ceremonial awards night will be organized in the National Theater in Sarajevo on July 2nd, and it is expected that it will be attended by about 500 managers, politicians and scientific workers from the region.
