Lukoil Srbija issues 8 million shares

Lukoil Srbija has issued 8 million shares that can only be bought by the company's shareholders, the Belgrade Stock Exchange announced.

The nominal value of the share is RSD 1,000, and the total volume issued amounts to RSD 8 billion (around EUR 67 million). The transaction will be successful if more than 51% of the shares are sold.

Lukoil Europe Holdings is the Serbian' company's biggest shareholder. It owns 114 gas stations and is estimated to hold 8% of the local oil product market. The Equity Fund owns a 0.52% stake.
