"Koming Company" seeks investor for residential building in Vračar

"Koming Company", the investor of residential building in 40 Stojana Protića Street in Vračar, has decided to allot that project, with all existing obligations towards co-investors and buyers of apartments, to some other company.

There is building permit for construction of 3,108.00 square meters in that location, 2,107.00 square meters of which should be built over the ground and 1,001.00 square meters under the ground.
