“Hemofarm transport i špedicija d.o.o.” sold to Viator & Vektor group - €3.3m

Contract on sale of 100% of assets of transportation company Hemofarm transport i špedicija d.o.o. (Hemofarm TRansportation and Freight-Forwarding Ltd.), worth €3.3m, was signed between Hemofarm Concern and Slovenian Viator & Vektor group and its daughter – company Tranšped - Novi Sad. On behalf of Hemofarm Concern, the contract was signed by Miodrag Babić, the president of the Concern.

The agreement made it possible for each of the parties to develop their operations in the best way possible, both on local and foreign markets. Equally important is social care and security of the employees, whose position, after the change in ownership structure, will not be changed. They become the part of the Viator & Vektor system, which can be compared to Hemofarm in each aspect. Viator & Vektor Group expects to get much from the joint appearance on Serbian market.
