New Zealand air traffic control company Airways claims that it can't find people interested in the very well paid job of an air traffic controller.

They offer an annual salary of EUR 57,000 for this four-days-a-week job.

Candidates need to be at least 20 and have a high school diploma, writes Index.hr, as reported by Nezavisne.

After a basic skill test, candidates go through a 12-month practical training course.
