First "SEE Telecom Arena" to start on June 2nd in Belgrade

- Regional conference on electronic communications "SEE Telecom Arena" will be opened tomorrow (June 2nd, 2009) in Belgrade - the organizers announced.

"Infoarena group", the organizer of the manifestation, announced that the two-day meeting would be dedicated to development and investments in telecommunications in Serbia, introduction of tax of 10% on mobile telephony services, Law on electronic communications, etc.

The manifestation will be opened by the Minister of Telecommunications and IT Society of Serbia, Jasna Matić, and the meeting will be attended by the representatives of the Republic Telecommunications Agency and telecommunications companies and telecommunications experts.

Some of the themes for discussion at the meeting will be the use of broadband internet and introduction of digital television.

Croatian company "Infoarena" has, so far, organized five "Telecom arena" conferences in Zagreb, and the patron of "SEE Telecom Arena" in Belgrade is the Ministry of Telecommunications and IT Society of Serbia.
